Self Defence is not simply about technique, but equally about turning fear into aggression. For most people, aggression is a difficult emotion to switch on and off at will. Fear takes hold without you doing anything, but aggression can seem sadly lacking at the times we most need it.
You need to be fit and strong to win a fight, but more importantly, you have to develop the ‘will to win’ the aggression never to give up and never to lose.
