Peter Consterdine, 8th Dan Karate, is a former Gt. Britain & England Karate International, Full Contact British Champion and Chief Instructor of the renowned British Combat Association. Peter is acknowledged as one of the hardest trainers and most powerful strikers in martial arts.
This film, produced by and featuring Peter, was made during a regular training session with some of the U.K.'s top martial artists.
This is a 'no holds barred' highly intensive, full contact and freestyle training session. This session has been the basis of Peter's martial arts training rountine for over three decades, when he, Brian Seabright and Lance Lewis fought full contact in some of Britain's earliest bouts.
Brian Seabright, 6th Dan Karate BKA, takes charge of this session and the film has over an hour of punching and kicking drills on bags, focus mitts, impact sheilds, as well as sparring drills and 'pressure work'.
This is a very high intensity workout and only for the very fittest. Any committed martial artist, of whatever discipline, will learn from this film. Over 12 different training drills, shown with power, speed, intensity and perfect technique.
